We have extensive experience of Strategic Development Zones (SDZs) in terms of their preparation, adoption and operation.

BMA has also been involved in a number of projects with An Bord Pleanála under the “fast-track” procedures for large scale strategic projects as either:

• SID – Strategic Infrastructure Development
• SHD – Strategic Housing Development
